CONCERN WORLDWIDE (UK)

The Brief: To move Concern Worldwide back into their Thameside offices which had previously been destroyed by fire. The refit had been completed to an unsatisfactory standard by the landlord’s builders. The snagging list was extensive and no-one was prepared to take responsibility. Concern Worldwide had a tight deadline to move from their serviced offices; but the data cabling was substandard and the electrical wiring unsafe. Many other issues needed resolving, alongside the complete organisation of the move. Concern had purchased new computers and chairs; all other items had to be identified, ordered, delivered, and working before the relocation.
